Refund Policy

1. EU Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, contact us via email with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

2. After the Withdrawal Period

After the 14-day withdrawal period, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing cycle. However, you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges:

Your access continues until the end of the current billing period
No further charges will be made after cancellation
Your account reverts to the Free tier when the paid period ends

3. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription by:

Going to Settings in your account dashboard
Clicking "Manage Subscription"
Selecting "Cancel Subscription" in the Stripe billing portal

Alternatively, contact us via email and we will process the cancellation on your behalf.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We may offer refunds outside the withdrawal period at our discretion in cases of:

Extended service outages exceeding 72 consecutive hours
Billing errors (duplicate charges, incorrect amounts)
Features advertised at time of purchase that are permanently removed

5. Processing Time

Refunds are processed via Stripe. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement after we initiate it.
