Better Search Console ("the Service") is a web-based SEO toolkit operated from the European Union that helps website owners monitor their search engine performance, manage URL indexation, analyze AI-generated content references, and connect AI assistants via the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
To use the Service, you must authenticate with a Google account. By signing in, you grant us permission to access your Google Search Console data through OAuth 2.0 with the scopes displayed during the consent flow (webmasters and indexing APIs).
The Service offers Free, Starter, Pro, and Master tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Features and usage limits vary by tier as described on our pricing page.

We process data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that search performance data from your Google Search Console account will be retrieved and displayed through our interface.
Content you create (blog posts, reports) remains your property. You grant us a limited license to host and display it within the Service. The Service itself, including code, design, and documentation, is our intellectual property.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless retention is required by law.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address associated with your account at least 14 days before taking effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the member state where the operator is established. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
